Employers are required to report and submit information regarding the establishment of a new place of employment as required under Section 60A, Labor Ordinance (Sarawak Cap. 76) within 90 days from: –
(i) the commencement of operations / business;
(ii) the business takeover;
(iii) the change of the name or location of the business.
For that purpose, the employer is required to provide the following information:
Employer is required to notify the Department of Labour Sarawak by giving a notice in writing or by completing the Form JTKSWK60A.
