| | | A Private Employment Agency (APS) refers to a corporate entity incorporated under the Companies Act 2016 (Act 777) and licensed under this Act to carry out recruitment activities.
It is the duty of a Private Employment Agency to obtain a licence from the Sarawak Department of Labour before engaging in any recruitment activities. The type of licence to be applied for depends on the nature of the recruitment activity to be conducted, and the details for each licence category are as follows:
