a Private Employment Agency to obtain a licence from the <strong data-start=\"312\" data-end=\"344\">Sarawak Department of Labour<\/strong> before engaging in any recruitment activities. The type of licence to be applied for depends on the nature of the recruitment activity to be conducted, and the details for each licence category are as follows:<\/p><p data-start=\"237\"
