justify;\">Employers are required to report and submit information regarding the establishment of a new place of employment as required under <strong>Section 60A, Labor Ordinance (Sarawak Cap. 76)<\/strong> within <strong>90 days<\/strong> from: &#8211;<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">(i) the commencement of operations \/ business;<br \/>(ii) the business takeover;<br style=\"text-align: justify;\">For that purpose, the employer is required to provide the following information:<\/p>\n&nbsp;\n<ol>\n \t<li>Registered name, address and type of business;<\/li>\n \t<li>Manager\u2019s name or person in charge;<\/li>\n \t<li>Categories and number of employees employed<\/li>\n<\/ol><br>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nEmployer is required to notify the Department of Labour Sarawak by giving a notice in writing or by completing the\u00a0<a
