Inspection on place of employment is carried out from time to time to ensure that employers fulfill their obligations in compliance with the provisions under the labour laws. Employers shall prepare and keep the labour register at the place of employment including on the personal details of employees, terms and conditions of employment, details of wages and allowances, register of maternity leave and allowances, annual leave records, sick leave, record of attendance, work schedule, notice of rest day, list of public holidays is displayed and other relevant matters.
