Strengthen our labour management system and labour law enforcement, in order to protect the basic rights and interests of our industrial community
OBJECTIVES
- Maintaining a decent welfare protection for all workers and uplifting employers' interests toward labour laws standard compliance;
- Encouraging a condusive working environment for employees and employers, as to ensure a greater socio-economic prosperity;
- Empowering and enhancing our labour management effectiveness and efficiency in our service delivery; and
- Sustaining our industrial capability and economic competitiveness of our industrial community, as they move forward against future adversity and new techonological advancement.
